 |
The CPA Constitution defines all aspects of the Associations functioning, its members responsibilities and the code of conduct to which all CPA members are required to ascribe.
The CPA`s constitution is currently under review in light of an expanded membership base, and of course the introduction of new consumer credit and information related legislation. This process involves extensive stakeholder engagement, legal input and of course Management Committee guidance. The process is well advanced and a draft version is expected to be available to members for comment by May 2011.
Full members will be required to vote for the adoption of amendments to the constitution. A two thirds majority at any General Meeting is required to affect the changes envisaged.
Please feel free to download a copy of the existing CPA constitution in need.
